What is a PickSpot Agent?
A PickSpot Agent is a verified pickup point listed in the PickSpot app. Customers nearby choose your location to receive their parcels. You receive, store, and hand them over. You earn KES 50 for every parcel you handle.
Can I get my deposit back?
Yes. When you leave the PickSpot Agent network, you get your full deposit back minus a non-refundable $50 onboarding fee. Just give us 30 days notice and finish any parcels you’re holding.
Why would I upgrade?
Customers always see the nearest agents first. Within your area, higher tiers get a boost in search results. Customers also see your reviews and performance stats. Upgrading gets you more visibility. Good service keeps you there.
What are subscribers?
Subscribers are customers who have chosen your location as their pickup point. When someone sends a parcel to their PickSpot handle, it comes to you.
What does Featured mean?
Gold agents get a featured listing in the PickSpot app for their area. When someone opens the app near you, your location is among the first they see.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Anytime. Pay the extra deposit and your listing upgrades right away.
How do I get paid?
Every week. Your earnings are paid out directly to your wallet. You can withdraw anytime.
What if nobody picks up a parcel?
You hold it for 7 days. After that, we notify the merchant and give them another 7 days to arrange collection. If they don’t, we come and retrieve it. You keep your KES 50 either way.
What do I need to get listed?
Apply through our website. We review every application and approve locations at our discretion. Once approved, you pay your deposit and your PickSpot Agent listing goes live in the app. You’ll need a physical location, a phone, and your $400 deposit.
What is the Enterprise tier?
For businesses or chains that want multiple locations listed as PickSpot Agents. Pricing and terms are custom. Get in touch and we’ll build a plan for you.
